EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transaction Strategy and Execution team work together with German Real Estate Team. Together, we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Project Management & Construction to join the GDS team in Poland.

The opportunity

Our team is one of largest real estate and infrastructure groups of advisors, focusing on transformation advice for private and public clients. Our deep sector knowledge, our global network with local market experts, enable us to add real value to our client's projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Real estate projects full cycle consulting.
• Advising clients and coordinating support of their property construction or infrastructure projects.
• Business and operational transformation projects for real estate.
• Creation of market studies, proposals, and pitches.

Skills and attributes for success

• +2 years' of professional experience in real estate construction sector.
• Experience in project management for commercial property constructions.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open mind with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to travel and work across EU up to 20% annually.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience in working for German real estate clients.
