What the day will look like

• contract processing (from simple to complex client contracts)
• administration and maintenance of client and contract data in the system
• creating insurance certificates, policies, contracts based on automations
• correcting premium and brokerage
• creating and following procedures and guides for the scope of work
• acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues
• participating in projects aimed at process improvement and transition projects
• support of less experienced colleagues
• ensuring process documentation is up to date
• suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
• suggesting process and/or system improvements to team manager
• participating actively in problem solving
• cooperating closely with team manager as well as the team and making sure all deadlines are met

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• English - level B2
• German - level C1
• good knowledge of MS Office
• ability to analyse processes and identify areas for improvement
• ability to identify and respond to risks
• excellent attention to detaits
• strong ability to think creatively
• understanding and applying appropriate communication style
• ability to meet tight deadlines under time pressure
• ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes
• good time management and organizational skills
• strong work ethic
• good knowledge of insurance market would be an advantage
