Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

As an Executive Assistant you will play a crucial role in a business by being ''right-hand person'' of key company executives.

Your key responsibilities

• Calendar management (scheduling meetings, conference and video calls),
• Preparing presentations and reports,
• Travel and Expenses arrangement for your Directors / Partners
• Understanding and recognizing the business needs of Senior Management representatives,
• Close collaboration with other teams and colleagues in Germany and Poland
• Various administrative and ad-hoc task

Skills and attributes for success

• You are fluent in German language (C1 level) and English language
• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in administrative support / client support
• You enjoy performing various administrative tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• You are very proactive and open-minded
• You can work as individual contributor and within a team

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Customer orientation
• Attention to detail
• a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines

Ideally, you'll also have

• Professional experience in administrative support
• Ability to self-educate and seek additional knowledge
• Positive attitude with willingness to provide the highest level of client service

You should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to deadlines, communicate with other teams in order to resolve daily challenges and show professionalism while day-to-day contact with EY clients and partners.
