Record-to-Report business line provides a variety of innovative, and reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more!
Are you ready to be part of the change? Come join us! Your mission will be...- Administer internal and external lease documents in our corporate real estate management tool;
- Record and monitor change requests on space occupancy in all Siemens' office and industrial sites;
- Align and process the periodic invoicing of real estate lease agreements and it's respective monitoring;
- Calculate and execute the add-on invoicing of real estate variable services and it's respective monitoring;
- Ensure required reports are prepared and delivered with accuracy and in a timely manner based on our partners' needs;
- Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to our real estate partners;
- Get to know the corporate real estate business and interfaces to enhance, harmonize and improve processes.
We are looking for someone with...- Bachelors or Masters degree;
- More than five years of professional experience;
- Solid experience in SAP (SD-module), particularly on Accounts Receivables transactions;
- Experience or knowledge on Global Business Services environment would be a plus;
- Experience in Controlling processes (e.g. Cost Controlling, Financial FC, etc.) be a plus;
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel;
- Fluency in German and English is a must;
- Availability to travel, if needed;
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure;
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a multitude of different stakeholders;
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within a multi-cultural team.
