About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Perk, you will be a key technical partner in our sales organization, driving success in fast-moving sales cycles. You will support our most important deals by acting as a bridge between our product's capabilities and the real-world needs of finance teams.

You are a practitioner with a solid understanding of spend management, accounting, and financial processes. You are comfortable navigating ERP landscapes and can hold your own in technical discussions with customer IT teams regarding integrations. This role is perfect for a professional who knows how to sell value by solving operational pain points with elegant technical solutions.

What You'll Do
Solution Design & Execution

• Translate business and finance requirements into clear solution designs for Perk's spend management platform.
• Partner with Account Executives to deliver high-impact product demonstrations that highlight Perk's value proposition.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with accounting best practices, financial controls, and the customer's operational reality.

Technical Architecture

• Guide clients through the solution lifecycle, focusing on design, integration, and adoption.
• Support discussions around ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and how Perk fits into the customer's IT stack.
• Bridge the gap between a prospect's business needs and the technical implementation requirements.

Product Collaboration

• Act as a conduit between the field and our Product organization, sharing customer feedback to help shape our roadmap.
• Stay up-to-date on the spend management industry and the evolving ERP landscape to remain a trusted advisor to our clients.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 3-6 years of successful experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Implementation for B2B SaaS solutions. Alternatively, you may have a background in a "Big 4" or Tier-1 System Integrator environment with a focus on finance technology.
• Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of accounting processes (AP/AR), financial controls, and how finance teams operate. A degree or background in Finance/Accounting is a significant plus.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft) and a baseline understanding of integration methods like APIs and SFTP. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be able to explain how data flows between systems.
• Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical finance stakeholders.
• Languages: Native or bilingual fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are required.

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
