enior Specialist, Contract & Procurement Operations, who is motivated to join the Contract team and build the future with us.
Role Purpose:Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Global Contract Management Operations, the Senior Specialist supports the successful execution of processes and projects in Europe (Germany) for BeOne Medicines. The role focuses on coordinating vendor onboarding, contracting, and accounting related activities within local systems, working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Finance. The position contributes to efficient operational delivery, compliance adherence, and continuous process improvement.
Essential Job Functions:- Prepare and coordinate compliance approval requests for projects and congresses in cooperation with Compliance and internal stakeholders
- Create, coordinate, and track contract requests in Agiloft CMS for projects and congresses, working closely with Procurement and Legal
- Support the execution and follow up of contracts for external stakeholders in Agiloft CMS and ENGAGE, including coordination of internal and external signatures via DocuSign, in collaboration with Legal and Compliance
- Oversee sourcing and management of tactical categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Support RFx (RFI/RFQ/RFP) events end-to-end for events under category guidance
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance value delivery.
- Support and coordinate the onboarding of vendors in close collaboration with Procurement and internal and external stakeholders
- Create and coordinate Purchase Requisitions in SAP in line with contractual requirements and follow up on Purchase Order creation with Procurement
- Support invoice processing and payment follow up in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and Finance
- Assist with the monthly coordination and tracking of accruals together with internal budget owners
- Coordinate and support assigned projects related to process optimization, system implementation, and best practice sharing
Education Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field
Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree
- Alternatively, an equivalent combination of master's degree and relevant entry-level professional (2+ years of experience) will be considered
- Fluent in German (spoken and written)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical devices industry is a plus
- Initial experience in sourcing or procurement support, including vendor research, onboarding documentation, and coordination with Procurement
- Experience in project coordination or project management-related roles
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Solid planning, coordination, and analytical skills
- Good time and task management skills in a fast paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently under light supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; solution oriented and able to think critically
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement, efficiency, and best practice sharing
- Ability to work calmly and reliably under time pressure
- Proficient written and spoken German and English as a must
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience or exposure to systems such as SAP, Ariba, and Agiloft is an advantage
Travel: Supervisory Responsibilities: Salary Range Poland: 179,200.00 PLN - 224,000.00 PLN
