Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Participate in projects and lead, motivate, and manage project teams of structural engineers and draftsmen.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, external partners (such as architects and other design disciplines), and clients.

• Maintain an international mindset and cooperate with our offices abroad on specific engineering tasks, ensuring the required project quality.

• Respond effectively to client needs and requests.

• Develop sustainable and efficient engineering solutions.

• Ensure that budgets, schedules, and quality standards for engineering work are met, and that assigned projects comply with the company's quality management system.

• Report project progress on a weekly basis.

• Promote an integrated design process by considering interactions between different disciplines involved in the project.

• Stay up to date with applicable standards, guidelines, new techniques, and developments in the field, and share relevant knowledge with your team and colleagues.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• You are a qualified Structural Engineer holding at least a Master's degree.

• You have 8-10 years of relevant technical experience in structural engineering projects, including the analysis and design of various types of concrete and steel structures.

• Experience on projects outside Romania is preferred; experience with projects in Germany is an advantage.

• You have been involved in all project phases, including tendering, calculations, design, execution, and management.

• You possess strong communication skills.

• You have a good level of proficiency in German (reading, writing, and speaking).

• You have expertise in SOFISTIK - SOFICAD (it's a plus)
