We are looking for an experienced professional to join a long-term healthcare project focused on Trade Promotion Management solutions. The role involves close cooperation with business stakeholders and delivery teams to support and optimize TPM processes in a complex, international environment. Your tasks - Acting as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and the TPM implementation team
- Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements related to trade promotion processes
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Supporting UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
- Driving process harmonization and change management initiatives
- Analyzing and optimizing TPM-related business processes
- Preparing and delivering training materials and end-user documentation
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in TPM implementations (Kantar Xtel, Visualfabriq, Salesforce)
- Prior experience within the CPG/FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of trade promotion and sales-related business processes
- Experience in business requirements gathering and functional specification development
- Familiarity with UAT coordination and testing activities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international setup
- Fluency in Polish, English and German
