We are looking to hire a German Speaking Trip Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Trip Coordination Manager, you will help ensure each trip runs smoothly and aligns with what was promised during the planning process. You will coordinate with local partners, collaborate across internal teams, and provide timely support to guests throughout their journey.

What you'll do: - Confirm ground services with partners as soon as a booking is received.
- Reconfirm all services before the trip begins to ensure arrangements match the confirmed itinerary.
- Coordinate between guests and partners during travel to deliver planned experiences and resolve issues quickly.
- Provide prompt, professional guest support by identifying the issue, proposing solutions, and communicating clearly.
- Understand guest needs and coordinate with internal teams to arrange requirements before and after travel.
- Brief guests on upcoming experiences and key trip details.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the trip and provide support coverage as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent situations.
- Handle special requests and service recovery, including planning surprises or special activities, and negotiating with partners where appropriate.
What you'll bring: - Fluency in German (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and partners.
- Customer service experience, ideally in travel, tourism, hospitality, or another guest-facing environment.
- Strong coordination and organization skills, including attention to detail and comfort managing multiple bookings or tasks at once.
- Ability to stay calm and act clearly in time-sensitive or high-impact situations.
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt to changing conditions while keeping guests informed.
- Comfort using technology and learning new tools and processes.
- Availability to support guest travel schedules, including flexibility for evening/weekend/holiday coverage as required.
