Your skills - Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset - be a pro!
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) - we like different cultures here!
- Experience in IT support environment
- Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer most preferably) and popular software
- Familiarity with any ticketing tool would be a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 8 pm (8 h) from the office in Wrocław
- Great communication skills and a team-player attitude - team work is dream work!
Your tasks As a Service Desk Agent you'll be the friendly go-to person when end-users need help with technology, bringing energy and confidence to every interaction. By solving IT issues, you'll help turn challenges into great service experiences.
