Your tasks - Design, execute, and maintain manual test scenarios for ITSM processes and business workflows
- Validate functionality, integrations, and data flows within the service management platform
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring high-quality delivery across project stages
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and product stakeholders to refine requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and testing best practices within the ITSM domain.
Requirements - At least 4 years of experience in software testing, preferably within ITSM-related projects
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Request Fulfillment)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM tools (OpenText SMAX highly preferred)
- Professional German proficiency (B2/C1)
- English at B2 level or higher, enabling smooth cooperation in an international environment
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
