Job DescriptionResponsibilities: - Execution of HR administrative tasks across all structural areas
- Creation, maintenance, and management of employment contracts, amendments, and other contractual documents
- Preparation of appointments, dismissals, and position-related actions
- Issuance and revocation of powers of attorney
- Preparation of measures requiring committee and works council review and approval
- Participation in the recruitment process, including job postings and vacancy identification
- Creation of job references, interim references, and training certificates
- Conducting Dow Jones checks (sanctions list screening)
- Managing personnel files, including digital personnel file maintenance
- Handling transfers, personnel requirement determination, and staffing plan management
- SAP maintenance and validation of entries
- Implementation of legal and collective agreement regulations from works agreements in SAP
- Execution of required personnel actions including master data maintenance
- Application of company regulations, archiving rules, and collective agreement regulations
- Development and maintenance of HR KPIs, SAP-HR evaluations, and required statistics
- Analysis based on specifications and priorities
- Handling authority requests and responding to employee and manager inquiries
- Participation in project teams and temporary project groups
- Computer-aided certification processes
- Execution of operational tasks and special assignments
- Advising managers on personnel matters and providing customer-oriented support
Requirements: - University or technical college degree
- Professional experience in the HR field
- Knowledge of REFA, SAP, and strong PC user skills
- Good understanding of company structures, company regulations, and HR subject matter expertise
- Proficiency in modern office communication technology
- Strong SAP skills and familiarity with SAP manuals
- Knowledge of works agreements, collective agreement regulations, and general terms and conditions (MTV)
- Understanding of income tax tables, health insurance contribution tables, and application guidelines
- Ability to manage personnel files, forms, correspondence, and company concepts
