Job DescriptionAs a Specialist with German you will:
- Lead the administration of social security benefits, including retirement, disability, and healthcare programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Develop and update internal social security policies and procedures in line with regulatory and organizational changes.
- Identify and implement global process improvements, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate social security services across the client portfolio, ensuring accurate compliance and providing technical support.
- Partner with external providers and government agencies to manage applications, certificates, and issue resolution.
- Oversee submission and tracking of social security applications, verifying data accuracy and certificate validity.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for clients and stakeholders, highlighting compliance status and improvement opportunities.
- Support network offices, assignees, and clients with social security inquiries.
- Develop and deliver internal training and technical guides for social security teams.
Qualification:- Fluent knowledge of German and English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven organizational and case management skills
- Quick learner and strong collaborative approach to working
- Team player but able to work under own initiative
