This position reports to:Talent Acquisition Services Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day Talent Acquisition support activities for one or several assigned country(ies)/business areas, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to an accurate and timely completion of these activities. You will also support the globally set standards for Talent Acquisition operations and ensure that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.
Each day, you will support various parts of the Talent Acquisition process as demand requires. This includes, but is not limited to: interview scheduling, candidate long listing, candidate sourcing, and other administrative tasks related to the talent acquisition process, attraction and brand activity.
You will also showcase your expertise by consistently delivering high-quality, timely support while upholding global standards and local compliance in Talent Acquisition operations.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Ensuring the quality of the talent acquisition process by: scheduling interviews, creating longlists of candidates, job advert posting, talent sourcing and candidate query management in compliance with agreed business processes and KPIs in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner.
- Identifying deficiencies of existing business processes and proactively recommending enhancements and/or simplifications based on day-to-day experience, while maintaining a continuous improvement culture.
- Supporting cross-collaboration within Talent Acquisition and with other teams to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies.
- Communicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption.
Qualifications for the role:- Experience of working in a target driven environment, in international corporation, where SLAs and KPI have been monitored
- Proven experience in talent acquisition (at least 2 years), recruitment coordination or similar role, preferably within a client-facing environment.
- You are at ease communicating in Polish, German (B2) and English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills, a Bachelor's degree
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy across recruitment systems.
- The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams
- Highly adept in communication and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Business-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques is a plus.
