Team Lead - German-Speaking

What's the role about?

As a Team Lead, you'll guide and mentor a team of account managers (10-15 employees), empowering them to achieve their goals while ensuring a stellar experience for merchants across German-speaking markets. You'll work closely with country management, support business growth, and contribute to centralized projects and initiatives, all while enjoying a vibrant, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a team of 10-15 inside/telesales representatives, focused on selling advertising, media campaigns, and digital display ads.
Administer and design sales incentive plans, analyze campaign performance, and recommend optimized media solutions.
Train, mentor, and coach your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with country management and other leaders to optimize performance within your market or business line.
Act as a backup for colleagues in similar positions across Merchant Consulting (MC), Business Development (BD), or Inside Sales (IB).
Drive advertising sales revenue targets, market development, and team performance to ensure sustained success.
Contribute to centralized projects and initiatives to enhance sales channel performance.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Native or fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English.

AI first mindset - you love optimizing your daily work and success using the lastest technology out there

Proven experience in sales leadership or team management, preferably in an inside/telesales environment.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills with a focus on motivating teams.
Thorough knowledge of advertising, media campaigns, and digital display ads, with a data-driven mindset to analyze performance metrics and optimize outcomes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in e-commerce, CRM tools like Salesforce, and incentive plan administration is a plus!
