We are currently looking for a new member for the
SSC - Treasury team to join us in the position of
Technician, Treasury (German Speaker, Temporary Position).
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia
Requirements:- Prior experience in Treasury, Accounting or Back Office area is valued
- Education in Economics, Management or Accounting is valued
- B2 English level mandatory, we also look for German A2 or higher
- Knowledge in Ms Office Suite, particularly Excel (basic functions and pivot tables) and any SAP knowledge would be a plus
- Flexibility and attention to details are valued traits
- Proactive and reliable person
Responsibilities:- Process supplier payments, advance payments, tenant clearings and other miscellaneous postings for companies managed by Sonae Sierra in different geographies
- Supplier attendance and clarification of questions;
- Liaise with external providers, banks and financial institutions for the execution of operations
- Provide support to the team with other tasks related to the liquidity management and comply with payment obligations of Sierra's managed vehicles; petty cash funds, cash flow forecasts and supplier/client current bank accounts;
- Book client receivables and produce collections reports related to the companies under management
