ChrysalisMulti Academy Trust, in partnership with Teach First, is proud to announce thelaunch of Chrysalis SCITT. This School-Centred Initial Teacher Training(SCITT) programme offers trainees the opportunity to gain Qualified TeacherStatus (QTS) and a PGCE.

Ourone-year, research-informed programme combines hands-on experience withexpert-led training in either the primary or secondary phase. Trainees willundertake a four-day-a-week school placement from mid-September to July,focusing on applying their learning to make a real impact in the classroom.

Theprogramme balances developing your subject knowledge and expertise alongsidegiving you a deep understanding of effective teaching methods and techniques tomanage your workload and wellbeing.
