Warranty Analyst with German

Responsibilities

• Analysis of warranty invoices (verifying compliance, validating or rejecting invoices based on certain criteria)
• Ensuring traceability and accuracy of data in internal systems
• Issuing technical agreements for: engines, gearboxes, turbochargers
• Assessing the correctness of interventions and eligibility for warranty
• Management of front office tickets received from dealers
• Providing technical clarifications and solutions in accordance with brand procedures
• Maintaining a professional and efficient relationship with service partners
• Monitoring performance indicators (identifying non-conformities, proposing corrective action, participating in regular meetings to assess progress)

Qualifications

• Technical studies (automotive, mechanical, engineering) or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems, especially the powertrain.
• Advanced level of German and English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and administrative data.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and professional integrity.
• Ability to work in an international and structured environment.
