Your missionAs a
Warranty Coordinator with German, you will drive the operational efficiency of our domestic technical team by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of maintenance plans and claim processing. You will serve as a proactive link between our technical experts and the market, ensuring that customer fleets remain operational through precise planning and diligent administrative support. In this fast-paced commercial environment, your goal is to deliver a consistently high level of service by adapting swiftly to client needs and maintaining the integrity of our warranty processes.

Key responsibilitiesTo be successful in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Contract & Order Management: Overseeing the full cycle of order fulfillment (internal and external) and managing maintenance contracts for customer equipment within the SAP system.
- Warranty & Claims Coordination: Acting as the central point of contact for processing and coordinating warranty claims between our dealer network and manufacturing factories.
- Logistics & Handover Support: Managing the logistical aspects of the equipment handover process to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining continuous, high-quality communication with sales representatives, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth sales operations and timely solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and actively supporting the implementation of more efficient administrative practices.
- Performance & Safety: Executing defined KPI targets while strictly adhering to safety procedures, including proactive reporting of hazards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Providing top-tier support to both internal and external partners, constantly seeking ways to enhance the overall customer experience.
What we are looking forThe ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Experience: Relevant experience in a similar function, with a proven track record of managing stakeholders at various levels.
- Language Skills: Very strong command of German is essential, as you will be in daily cooperation with the Hiab branches in Germany and Austria. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is also required for internal communication.
- Technical Proficiency: Professional competency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Gmail). While not mandatory, prior experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations, including KPIs and customer success criteria, with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a "pioneering" mindset, and the ability to drive change while remaining a reliable partner for our customers.
- Mindset: You are a self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail and a "caring" approach toward both internal and external clients.
