Workday Talent Consultant Lead (German Speaking) - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Talent solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise on Talent processes, industry best practices, and Workday capabilities
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and ensuring high-quality project delivery
• Manage requirements gathering, scope definition, and cross-functional dependencies across Workday modules
• Drive overall project execution, facilitate key decisions, and proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations

Qualifications Qualifications Qualifications

• Active Workday HCM Certification required
• Active Workday Talent Certification preferred
• Experience supporting or leading Workday Talent implementations and system enhancements
• Good stakeholder communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the business
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of change management principles and ability to support user adoption activities
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a multi-tasking environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluent German and English language skills required (written and spoken)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
