Job Description & Summary

Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

Accountant with German

Your future role:

• Process transactions and documents related to the assigned accounting process (AR/AP/GL) for the assigned geographical area and countries in full and on time, in line with the work procedures and the superior's instructions with the support of the Team Leader and senior specialists,
• Perform reconciliations of accounts according to implemented standards,
• Actively communicate and cooperate with respective expert teams to solve specific situations and customer requests,
• Comply with and work towards achieving efficiency and quality goals - SLAs, KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics,
• Assist with the implementation of process and activity improvements to support quality and efficiency improvement, as well as process standardization and harmonization,
• Regularly update work procedures in line with implemented changes to the process set-up.

Apply if you have:

• Fluency in German (min. B2) and English with operational ability to work in both languages,,
• Higher Education - University Degree (degree in accounting, finance, economics as an asset),
• 2 - 3 years of experience in relevant accounting area (AP/AR/GL),
• Extensive analytical and computer skills (Ms Office on advanced level),
• Experience in working with SAP, Oracle,
• Experience in the implementation of new customer service.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in working in SSC,
• ACCA or any other accounting certificate started.
