Accounts Payable Specialist with German

Job role

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST is the E2E invoice processing for our German client, one colleague handling the invoicing part all across the company code in scope. The role is reporting locally in Romania to the AP Team Leader.

What will you do

• Perform compliance check for the received vendor invoices
• Identify the right cost center and General Ledger account for booking the invoices
• Identify the right approver for paying the documents
• Process supplier invoices in SAP and release them for payment
• Handling of payment requests from ARIBA and SAP purchases
• Supporting Supplier with different payment topics
• Initiate the vendor creation or modification process
• Identify and drive process optimization
• Manage and solve escalation topics
• Work in SAP FI, ARIBA, SAP-MM, SAP S4 Hana
• Control, create and update the relevant Desktop procedures and keep it up to date
• Consult and support the customer in operational sourcing tasks
• Liaise with other Operational Entities, units, departments as well as with externals (clients, providers) and fosters good relationships

Whay you bring

• University Degree
• 0-3 years of relevant experience within accounts payable activity
• Fluent English and German for customer and internal communication
• Accurate and reliable way of working
• Excellent communication skills

You have

• Customer and service oriented
• SAP-FI/AP knowledge; SAP S4 Hana experience considered an advantage
• International cross functional work experience
• Solution orientated, decision maker, self-driven working
