Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable - Domain Trainee - German -Remote Poland

In this role, you will manage and oversee the accounts payable (AP) processes for merchandise and/or non-merchandise, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to clients promptly, ensuring accuracy in billing details.

• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for timely payments.

• Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.

• Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments received.

• Prepare regular reports on AR status, highlighting overdue accounts.

• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any billing issues or disputes.

• Maintain organized records of all billing and reconciliation activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in PTP - invoice processing and query management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients

• Knowledge of additional languages
