Overview

As an Affiliation Specialist, you will have a 100% performance focus and will be highly motivated to work independently and in a team providing service to one of the most renowned banking companies worldwide!

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills (spoken and written) in German, English and Spanish, as you will work for the German market from sunny Madrid!

Responsibilities
• Search and recruitment of new publishers for the Spanish and international market.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with the media to ensure loyalty and performance.
• Monitoring of publishers' activity, performance analysis, identification of areas for improvement and recommendation of new ways to increase customer and affiliate revenue.
• Negotiation of placements, collaborations, special agreements and optimization opportunities with publishers for the creation of beneficial strategies for the client and its affiliates.
• Daily monitoring of campaign performance and compliance of objectives, budgets and pacing.
• Management of creative pieces, implementation of pixels, development of traffic plans.
• Annual strategies definition and digital campaign planning based on the advertiser business goals.
• Working in coordination with the rest of the digital team to identify new areas of growth and opportunities.

Qualifications
• 2-4 years experience in the performance marketing sector and Affiliate marketing
• Previous experience in media agency will be valued
• Languages: Fluent in German and English, High level of English (B2 minimum).
• Handling of specific affiliation technologies.
• Knowledge of HTML and trafficking skills will be valued.
