About the job Airline Contact Centre Agent (German C2 + English C1)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00-18:30 (8-hour shift basis)

Role OverviewWe are currently looking for
German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join our airline project in Malta. This is an on-site role providing customer support to airline customers via inbound contact channels.
Language Requirements- German: C2 (native or near-native)
- English: C1 (advanced)
Job requirements- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage (not always mandatory)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and other contact channels
- Comfortable working with computer systems and CRM tools
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Salary & CompensationCompetitiveAdditional Benefits- Performance Bonus: Up to €2,000 per year
