What you will do:- Review customer data, based on available documentation like contracts, Account Management team or internal systems and make sure the billing and contact details are correct
- Correct customer data in the system upon investigation, including setting up proper invoices and issuing credit notes if necessary
- Send customer notification letters regarding billing changes and implementation of those changes into the ERP
- Contact customers by phone and email regarding missing data
- Track all necessary actions and work with internal Premier and Account Management teams to obtain proper information
- Review customer outstanding balances and providing statement of accounts
Who you are:Successful candidate is a team player and independent problem-solver. You are curious and look to correct root causes to prevent future service and financial impact. You have a knack for numbers, are very outcome oriented, and have strong prioritization skills. You have an excellent understanding of accounting practices and reconciliations. You are analytical, problem-solving, self-motivated, detail oriented and collaborative.
- Demonstrate strong organisation skills and strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
- Experience in working as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role within Invoicing area - at least 3 + years
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
- Demonstrate ownership and independency at work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
- Proficient English is required plus proficient German
We are offering 6 months fixed term contract with the with the possibility of extending the contract.
