Business Expert SAP Credit with German (LaRs) (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks

• Developing a deep understanding of German Banking Law and Credit Processes over the entire life cycle of a loan.
• Building knowledge for the current as-is solution and process flows (main parts based on SAP)
• Designing, analysing and defining functional and technical changes based on new business requirements in collaboration with related technical experts.
• Diagnosing, analysing, and solving issue occurring on the PROD or Test system.
• Transforming of business process requirements into functional IT design and functional test concepts (i. e. h. as a "translator" between credit specialists and IT development/test team.
• Gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements.
• Working in an agile environment to deliver high quality software solutions.

Your profile

• Have combination of strong IT affinity and business analysis skill;
• Business expertise in the banking industry, especially standard credit products and processes;
• (Technical) Business analysis;
• Test design and execution skills;
• Agile Software Development / Scrum / Kanban;
• Combination of strong IT affinity and business analysis skills;
• Good analytic thinking with attention to details to solve problems;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• Proactively supporting projects and driving tasks to deliver results;
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English, good understanding German is mandatory.

As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Business Expert with German in our Loan and Restructuring Solutions team.

The Standard Loans Stream is responsible for the running and maintaining the SAP Credit CML system. On this platform we provide for our national business installment loans, mortgager over the hole lifecycle. Currently the portfolio comprises approximately 1,2 million active loans. Therefore, we are permanently working on further optimization and automation. Currently SAP Credit CML is based on SAP ERP 6.0, EHP8. Our goal for recent future is to upgrade our loan and collateral booking system to CMS on SAP S4/HANA.
