JOB PURPOSE:Deliver collection management services to CHC (Consumer Healthcare) Europe as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collection activities: review AR ageing reports, perform collection & dunning, escalate & follow-up actions
- Dispute & Claims management activities
- Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
- Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Opella policies and guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIESOperation
- Deliver collection management services to CHC Europe for Opella entities within CHC perimeter as per their respective Service Level Agreements
- Collection Management services:
- Review AR ageing reports
- Perform collection & dunning
- Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
- Dispute & Claim Management - qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility
- Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews
- Execute in compliance with Opella policies and guidelines
- Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
- Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope and become a super-user
- Pro-actively anticipate operational issues and coach junior analysts
- Build, document and transfer Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to collections management
Continuous improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
- Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSFunctional
- Broad understanding of Customer invoice to Cash process and activities
- Hands-on knowledge of collections & receivable activities
- Good business acumen
- Strong deductive and analytical skills
Technical
- Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end to end mindset
- Good communication skills
- Attentive to customer needs and feedback

Background
- Graduate degree in accounting or finance
- 2-3 years' experience in Collections Management preferably in an international multicultural environment
- Fluent in English and German
Key Dimensions
- The Senior Collection Analyst reports to Ci2C Collection Team Lead and works closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade or Global Business Unit and Ci2C front line teams in countries/regions.
