Communication Manager in Marketing, you are the central point of contact for identifying, developing, and implementing communication topics around our Digital Solutions. You act as a bridge between our Corporate Communication Team, Internal Communication, and our Content Creator Team. Your role includes developing strategic marketing activities, implementing communication strategies, and ensuring that our marketing stories reach the right audiences in collaboration with the Portfolio and Industry Marketing teams. Additionally, you support our marketing colleagues in our national subsidiaries by providing centralized content to ensure consistent messaging across all markets.
Job Description- Identifying Key Topics: Detect relevant topics for external marketing based on market trends, technological developments, and customer needs
- Strategic Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies for portfolio and industry topics across various marketing channels (e.g., social media, website)
- Content Planning: Manage the strategic content planning for the T-Systems newsletter in close coordination with relevant departments
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal and external communication teams to create relevant content for internal and external channels in line with the marketing strategy
- Multichannel Approach: Ensure consistent messaging across various communication channels - from traditional PR efforts to digital and social media
- Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of communication initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
QualificationsQualifications- Education: Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Storytelling & Content Creation: Strong storytelling skills and experience in crafting audience-specific content for various channels
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to simplify complex technical topics and develop impactful communication strategies
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across different levels
