Compliance Assistant (German speaker)

What are your main tasks?

• Organizing, prioritizing and monitoring appointments and meetings
• Processing internal and external correspondence
• Preparing briefings, graphics, presentations and reports in German and English
• Maintaining and updating Group guidelines and other core documents of the global compliance organization
• Planning, preparation and follow-up of business trips
• Coordination with international colleagues and other departments
• Managing and maintaining the GRAMMER-wide network of compliance points of contact
• Organization of training courses and workshops
• Organization, preparation, follow-up and recording of meetings and discussions
• Management, organization and documentation of information in the whistleblower system
• Supporting and independently conducting internal investigations based on tip-offs
• Data forensics and analysis, especially in SAP environments
• Preparation, implementation and evaluation of the global compliance risk assessment

What are your qualifications?

• Completed commercial training, university degree in business administration, Bachelor of Laws or comparable desirable
• Further training/specialization in the area of compliance desirable
• Specialist knowledge in compliance sub-areas (money laundering prevention, data protection, artificial intelligence, corruption prevention) an advantage
• Affinity for automated and software-supported processes as well as basic technical and technological understanding desirable
• Business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Responsible handling of confidential/sensitive matters
