The Role

As a CRM Executive, your primary responsibility will be to support the planning and execution of the CRM strategy for our Sportsbook and Slots products across various channels. You will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, increasing the number of active players, and achieving retention, reactivation, and cross-sell objectives for our Sportsbook and Slots members.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive, data-driven CRM strategy tailored to the German market, focusing on sportsbook and our slots products, both locally licensed.
  • Assist in the ownership and implementation of the CRM plan for Germany, ensuring alignment with local compliance, market conditions, and competition.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Strategy Team at our Athens HQ to fine-tune automated lifecycle journeys, providing updates on market insights, competition intelligence, and best practices.
  • Participate in the planning, development and execution of localized, personalized campaigns using various customer channels, such as onsite messaging, email, messaging, and social media.
  • Assist in the development process of creatives, ensuring a customer-centric focus from brief to delivery to enhance customer engagement and response.
  • Contribute to ongoing customer segmentation efforts in the market, identifying insights and targeting specific customer segments with relevant campaigns.
  • Assist in identifying customer touchpoints and ensuring appropriate actions and communications are implemented.
  • Stay updated on advertising standards and consumer protection laws and standards.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity within the local market.
  • Provide regular reports to the CRM Manager on the success of campaigns

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry (Sportsbook or Casino) will be considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development and implementation of a campaign strategy based on an understanding of customer needs and profiles.
  • Familiarity with extracting customer insights from data.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  • Exposure to implementing, driving, and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Optimove will be considered a plus but is not necessary
  • Native German speaker with good English skills.
