Your skills - Fluent German
- Good, conversational knowledge of English
- Previous IT experience
- Deep knowledge of some more specific topics such as AD, accounts, etc.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Candidates with "craftsman" experience in the hardware or industrial field are also welcome
Your tasks - Ensure efficient remote diagnosis, timely qualification and resolution of complex hardware and system issues
- Update regularly technical knowledge according to business needs and participate in process, quality improvement and projects
- Handle ticket queue and group mailbox and perform and prioritize administrative requests according to contractual service guarantees
- Cooperate with other teams to provide additional instructions for repairs and qualify spare parts to solve all reported issues
