The Position

We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

The Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated People & Culture (P&C) solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

The opportunity:

As an ELM Specialist - German speaking you will be part of an Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) team. The ELM teams deliver customer service and advisory support to P&C and business partners on global P&C systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles. As an ELM Specialist you will have a broad understanding across global P&C processes and tools.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Providing insight, support and explanation on P&C system and administrative activities in support of P&C business processes, employee lifecycle events
  • Providing customer service on P&C related activities, such as inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting
  • Supporting Global P&C Centers of Excellence with feedback of business usage of P&C processes, pain points and knowledge gaps
  • Supporting the embedding of the new ways of working, actively participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives


Who you are:

  • Experience in service delivery or customer care environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German
  • Demonstrated end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills and agile mindset in ambiguous situations
