The Role: Following another successful year of accelerated growth across Europe and with ambitious plans for continued expansion in the year ahead, we are looking for a German speaking
Contract Administrator to join us remotely.
As an integral member of the People Operations team, you will be responsible for providing key administrative support through administering all offer paperwork to include covering letters, contracts, addendum letters, contract updates and any other matters relating to candidate offer notifications. This will also include the maintenance of all these matters contained on our HRIS system (Workday).
The Responsibilities: Effectively prioritizing workload and delivering to tight deadlines, you will;
- Use our in-house HRIS system, "Workday", as a primary tool, to create offer letters, contracts and other formal notification documents to successful candidates joining A&M across Europe.
- Work closely with and update our in-house teams across Talent Acquisition, HR and Legal and, update hiring managers.
- Update Workday and other databases as required.
There may be additional ad hoc administrative matters from time to time as workload requires.
The Requirements: The right candidate will have an eye for detail, produce work of the highest quality and dedicated to keeping data systems up to date while adhering to standard confidentiality and data security procedures (GDPR). The ability to work under pressurised and time critical conditions is important but overall, the need to be flexible, prioritise demanding tasks and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Experience of working in a varied administrative role involving HR and Recruitment
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confident communicator with people at all levels, maintaining a high level of discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a pre-requisite in this role - some previous experience of formal documentation/contracts/legal documentation is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German required.
