We're currently looking for an ESG Consultant (Onboarding Consultant) with a focus on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and supply chain compliance to join our growing team and help us drive impactful change in the sustainability space. As an ESG Consultant with a specialization in EUDR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding and enablement of our clients - from mid-sized companies to DAX-listed corporations - specifically around EUDR compliance and supply chain traceability.
You will closely collaborate with our Customer Success and Technical teams to tailor our solutions to the complex needs of our clients' supply chains and help them meet regulatory requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new and existing clients for ESG solutions, with a focus on EUDR compliance and supply chain due diligence (other regulatory areas might be relevant as well).
• Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring smooth adoption of our software and clear understanding of responsibilities.
• Conduct enablement sessions and address client queries to facilitate seamless integration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on EUDR topics internally and externally, supporting clients with expertise.
• Work closely with technical experts and external consultancy partners to customize solutions based on specific client needs.
• Develop and deliver training materials, webinars, and best practice guides to empower clients in using our software effectively.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to establish strong relationships and ensure long-term client engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 2-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, supply chain management, management consulting or ESG compliance implementation, ideally with a focus on supply chain due diligence.
• Understanding of supply chain traceability challenges and regulatory frameworks, particularly around EUDR.
• Strong consulting background with the ability to manage complex client engagements and diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with additional ESG regulations like CSRD, CBAM, or Carbon Footprint Reporting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• A passion for contributing to the growth of a software scale-up within the ESG and sustainability sectors.
• Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1).
