Job Description

Our Facilities Manager - EMEA Region is responsible for supporting the Director, Global Facilities to drive detailed tactical execution and project management of insightsoftware's physical offices within the EMEA Region. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects across all our regional offices to support local teams and bring insighters across the globe together in a unique way to "be one team". In this cross-functional role, you'll collaborate with all major internal departments, as well as third party consultants. You will be encouraged to create new ways to scale and optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

What will you do?

• Support Director, Global Facilities
  • Day to day management of offices in EMEA
  • Special projects: ESG Company Project, Liability insurance renewal
• Purchase orders for all offices EMEA
• Create policies and procedures as necessary in collaboration with key departments, such as HR, Legal and Finance/Accounting
• Office closures, downsizing and relocations
• Renovations and branding - management of communications with local team
• Gather data for ESG sustainability/carbon footprint annual reporting for EMEA region, in collaboration with our Sustainability consultant.
• Optimize efficiency and effectiveness of our Car Fleet, including resolution of damages and fines.
• Maximize cost savings to impact companywide EBITA goals

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Facilities experience in a fast-paced company, preferably in the software or SaaS environment
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Knowledge of other EMEA languages an advantage
• Understanding of the culture of the EMEA region
• Ability to lead multiple projects in their entirety, including coordinating activities within different teams
• Experience in using NetSuite
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
• Ability and willingness to travel within the EMEA region as necessary and as directed for project management
