What role will you play in our team

We are seeking a German or Italian speaking Technical Engineer to deliver high-value engineering services and lubrication solutions for key customers, primarily in Germany and Italy. The role combines deep technical expertise, problem-solving, and consultative value selling, while working closely with sales teams, distributors, and cross-functional partners. This role is based in Prague, Czech Republic (our office is Based in Prague 3) and requires a valid driving license. Regular travel is expected, with approximately 25-50% of the time spent visiting customers.

What will you do

• Deliver planned engineering services and lubrication solutions for assigned key accounts.
• Analyze equipment and lubrication performance, conduct root cause analysis, and support technical incident investigations.
• Identify opportunities for value creation through product upgrades, new product introductions, and enhanced service offerings using total cost of ownership (TCO) and benefit-selling approaches.
• Provide technical expertise on lubrication products, applications, machinery, and engineering processes to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales teams, distributors, and customers on technical applications and product knowledge.
• Support customer trials, technical evaluations, and implementation of lubrication solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, laboratories, and Operations to develop and deliver technical offers.
• Apply consultative selling methodologies to support commercial discussions and long-term customer value creation.
• Maintain a continuous learning mindset to strengthen technical, commercial, and customer-facing capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple priorities and customer needs.

About you - Skills and Qualifications

• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Degree masters or bachelor's degree is required
• Language proficiency in German or Italian (native or full professional level)
• Driving license and flexibility to travel 25-50% max
