The Role of an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant:
- Begins with 180-Sourcing candidates: reaching out to candidates via direct applications, job boards, LinkedIn, etc. and screening them before preparing them to interview.
- Managing the recruitment process: Booking interviews, negotiating salaries, and ensuring successful placements of candidates.
- Leads onto 360-Business Development: Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities and understand their requirements and culture, to match candidates.
Requirements
- Must be Fluent in German
- Are naturally competitive, self-motivates and goal-driven
- Are curious and inquisitive-they love to talk!
- Excel in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally have a degree OR can demonstrate their desire to keep learning
- Ideally have experience in sales/customer service in client facing roles
- Sociable and confident personality-comfortable building rapport with many kinds of people
