Foreman/ Team Leader with German (f/m/x)

We are looking for Electrical and Mechanical Foremen/Team Leaders , to join our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center - a specialized team implementing electrical and mechanical assembly projects.

We work with clients primarily in the intralogistics and bottling sectors, carrying out projects in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Coordinate the work of a team of fitters in the implementation of the project
• Reporting progress of work to superiors and client
• Support in the preparation of labor-intensive quotations
• Verification of the quality of work performed
• Supervision and compliance with health and safety regulations and internal customer requirements
• Support in the process of equipment commissioning

Requirements

• Communicative knowledge of the German language
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrical fitter or electromechanic including 2 years' experience in technical supervision area
• Ability to organize teamwork and report progress and read technical documentation
• Experience in the intralogistics industry
• Technical vocational or trade education
• Availability to travel abroad 70%
• B category driving license
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the English language
• UDT licenses for forklifts and scissor lifts
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
• SEP license up to 1kV
