Fraud Prevention Specialist with German

What you'll be doing:

• Monitor and analyze transactions, accounts, and activities to identify potential fraudulent behavior
• Investigate and resolve suspicious activities by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fraud detection and prevention
• Generate reports and provide recommendations to management based on fraud analysis
• Participate in training and awareness programs for employees to enhance fraud detection capabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and external organizations as necessary

What you'll bring:

• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and techniques
• Czech or Polish language at a native level.
• Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker).
• Good command of English (minimum level B2).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong process and result orientation
• Work experience: Previous experience with insurance business and fraud prevention area is an advantage
