Frontline Technical Support with GermanDepartment: Customer Support

This role is an onsite position in our Wrocław office (Psie Pole). Working hours: 8:00-16:30, 9:00-17:30 or 10:00-18:30 Key Responsibilities - Assistance with basic technical issues (e.g., software and hardware malfunctions, basic network issues).
- Support with operating the iTero scanner and navigating the software.
- Answering basic software-related questions.
- Adapt to Customer Advocacy culture and responsibilities defined on the WIs and SOPs.
- Be responsible to handle all customer interactions with professionalism and within the defined response timeframe.
- Follow up on their cases until proper resolution.
- Document all interactions including all details required in the correspondent CRM.
- Report complaints and product safety.
- Achieve a consistent performance considering all KPIs requirements.
- Comply on deadlines on LMS courses.
- Contribute on escalation handling and basic research.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - 1-3 years of related experience (Customer Support, IT Support)
- Proficiency in English and fluency in German as a must
- Computer, Basic Connectivity knowledge and troubleshooting, e-mail literacy.
- Microsoft Office Package knowledge.
