We are looking for:
German Payroll SAP Lead Your future role: - Ensure that German payroll operations are processed correctly and on time, including understanding local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions,
- Effectively communicate with clients and address any issues to support seamless payroll operations,
- Ensure that all payroll activities comply with relevant data protection laws and client-specific policies,
- Contribute to system improvements by managing updates, optimizing SAP Payroll functionalities, and resolving technical issues,
- Analyze current processes and implement solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
Apply if you have: - University degree,
- Proven hands-on experience with German payroll processes,
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- Practical knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll systems,
- Familiarity with Workday functionalities, especially in relation to HR and payroll data,
- A strong analytical mindset, precision in handling data, enthusiasm for problem-solving, ability to collaborate in teams, and excellent organizational skills.
Nice to have: - Prior technical experience in payroll operations,
- Proficiency in German language.
