Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

German Payroll SAP Lead

Your future role:

• Ensure that German payroll operations are processed correctly and on time, including understanding local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions,
• Effectively communicate with clients and address any issues to support seamless payroll operations,
• Ensure that all payroll activities comply with relevant data protection laws and client-specific policies,
• Contribute to system improvements by managing updates, optimizing SAP Payroll functionalities, and resolving technical issues,
• Analyze current processes and implement solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.

Apply if you have:

• University degree,
• Proven hands-on experience with German payroll processes,
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
• Practical knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll systems,
• Familiarity with Workday functionalities, especially in relation to HR and payroll data,
• A strong analytical mindset, precision in handling data, enthusiasm for problem-solving, ability to collaborate in teams, and excellent organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Prior technical experience in payroll operations,
• Proficiency in German language.
