About the role.We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Senior Key Account Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value players, building trusted, long-term relationships that drive loyalty, retention, and lifetime value. This is a key position where your insight into player behaviour, proactive approach, and commitment to delivering premium service will directly influence business performance and growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage and take full ownership of a portfolio of high-value accounts with clear revenue, retention, and growth objectives
- Drive net revenue growth through proactive upselling, cross-selling, retention, and reactivation strategies
- Build strong, long-term relationships and act as the primary trusted point of contact for key accounts
- Monitor daily account activity, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify sales opportunities and mitigate revenue risks
- Develop and execute tailored account growth plans based on player value, behaviour, and lifecycle stage
- Deliver a proactive, high-touch sales experience via phone, email, and messaging channels
- Analyse performance data and trends to optimise account strategies and maximise player lifetime value
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure offers and incentives are commercially effective and compliant
- Plan, negotiate, and execute personalised offers, bonuses, and incentives aligned with revenue goals
- Provide commercial insights and feedback to senior stakeholders to support VIP strategy and revenue optimisation
- Contribute to forecasting, performance reviews, and continuous improvement of key account sales processes.
REQUIREMENTS:- Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a revenue-driven Key Account Management, VIP Management, or similar commercial role within iGaming or a high-value digital environment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue, retention, and growth targets
- Strong sales mindset with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Solid understanding of customer behaviour, monetisation strategies, and lifecycle value management
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a confident and professional approach
- Ability to work autonomously, manage complex portfolios, and prioritise high-impact revenue opportunities.
