Your Role:

Join the Customer Support or Content Moderation team, supporting well-known global brands in tech, travel, retail, or social media.
Depending on the project, your tasks may include:

• Assisting German-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email
• Moderating content to ensure it aligns with community standards
• Solving product-related queries and technical issues
• Creating a positive and helpful experience for every user

• Shared Accommodation provided (280/month with utilities deducted from salary)

What Youll Earn:

• Competitive base salary (1100-1500 x14 months depending on the role)

Schedules:

• Rotative or fixed shifts available
• 40 hours/week with 2 days off
• Project-specific training (24 weeks, fully paid)

Who You Are:

• Native or C1-level German speaker
• B1-level or above in English
• EU nationality or valid Portuguese/EU work permit
• Comfortable using computers and eager to learn
• Positive mindset and team-player spirit
