Key Responsibilities
- Guide German-speaking clients through the onboarding process and deliver training on platform functionalities.
- Provide timely support for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay client feedback and propose enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video streaming to provide insights to clients.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of client communications.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve the client experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service, consultancy, or a similar role, ideally in the tech or streaming sector.
- Understanding of video streaming technologies and digital media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours to support client needs across different time zones.
