Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in German for compliance with community guidelines and standards.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to management promptly.
• Provide detailed feedback on content submissions to content creators as necessary.
• Analyze trends in user-generated content to inform moderation practices and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to discuss challenging content and create strategies for improvement.
• Monitor social media platforms for emerging trends and report observations to the team.
• Engage with users through comments and messages to ensure a positive community experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and user-generated content.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
