You'll assess materials generated by users, advertisements, and various media to guarantee full adherence to both internal standards and legal mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate German Content: Examine and approve online content in German, making sure it meets all internal policies and quality standards.
• Evaluate Compliance: Scrutinize user-generated materials and ads for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with guidelines.
• Identify Issues: Spot and escalate potentially problematic, misleading, inappropriate, or policy-violating content.
• Maintain Precision: Work with high volumes of data and visual material, consistently maintaining exceptional accuracy and focus.
• Contribute to Quality: Offer feedback and help improve processes to boost moderation effectiveness and quality.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with teams like Quality, Training, and Operations to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
• Meet Targets: Achieve established goals for turnaround time, productivity, and accuracy.

What You'll Need

• Fluent German (C1+): This is absolutely essential.
• Good English (B2+): Necessary for internal communication, collaboration, and training.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to think critically.
• Tech Savviness: Basic computer literacy and comfort using various tools and platforms.
• Objectivity: The ability to stay objective and focused, even when reviewing challenging or sensitive material.
• Experience is a Plus: Previous work in content moderation, customer service, or online media is beneficial but not required.
• Location: You must currently reside in Sofia or the surrounding areas, as relocation support is not offered.
