Job DescriptionYour daily tasks will be:
- You will build and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B customers via phone, e-mail (based on target lists) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- You will do both inbound (following up contacts received from websites and events) - 80% - and outbound (pro-active outreach of customers based on target lists) sales activities - 20%.
- You will promote the company's medical products and services for the outreached B2B customers and conduct about 30 touchpoints with them on a daily basis which contributes to achieving Your quarterly and annual targets.
- You will use virtual sales tools daily like High Velocity Sales tool, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Virtual Demo, Showpad etc.
- You will handle customers' incoming requests, provide necessary support and proposals based on customer specified information (owning the full sales-cycle) OR route the request to Field sales (depending on campaign and/or business rules, qualifying the request and providing well defined interests).
- Typically You will work from the office on 2 days a week, however during the first 6 months You will get trainings and support from your colleagues at least 4 days a week at the office, while You ramp up
RequirementsYou will be the perfect candidate if You have...
- native or almost native language skills in German
- expert-level English language capability,
- 2 years of previous inside sales/commercial/telesales experience,
- previous B2B customer relationship management and out-bound call experience,
- effective and professional verbal and written communication - both with internal and external customers,
- ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simple messages,
- ability to work in a team or individually if required, and remotely,
- proficient end-user IT skills including MS Office and Outlook.
