German Speaking Logistics Order Coordinator Join our team and

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
German speaking order coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations for our clients, ensuring efficient supply chain management and delivery solutions.
Key Responsibilities: •
Handle exceptions and
resolve stock and system issues following the latest work instructions.
•
Monitor systems for tracking and reporting , ensuring smooth operations.
•
Collaborate with warehouses and
stakeholders to support daily operations.
• Investigate and
resolve issues with shipments, providing effective solutions.
• Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
•
Generate and
manage weekly/monthly reports for regional stakeholders.
• Address escalated issues with
root cause analysis and
action plans.
•
Create and manage customer orders and labels in the DHL system.
•
Communicate with customer teams regarding stock availability and updates.
Requirements: •
Availability for
shifts from
09:00 to 17:30. •
Fluent in English and German. • 1 to 1.5 years of
experience in customer service/ international logistics. • Proficient in
MS Office programs • Strong teamwork and
customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
