In this crucial position, you will offer specialized assistance to our German-speaking clients concerning payment processing, transactions, and associated inquiries. Responsibilities

• Provide payment support to German-speaking clients
• Assist with payment processing issues, transaction inquiries, and billing questions
• Document and track customer interactions accurately using support systems
• Collaborate with internal departments such as finance and technical teams to resolve issues
• Identify potential payment fraud or discrepancies and escalate accordingly
• Stay updated on payment systems, security protocols, and financial regulations

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in payment support, FinTech, or financial services is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial information
• Customer-oriented mindset with proactive approach to resolving issues
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with payment platforms and financial software is a plus
